How often are patients seen?
Most patients are seen once per week, allowing us to manage the wound directly while freeing up home health staff and facility teams.
Frequency may increase based on wound complexity.
What is required to submit a referral?
To expedite evaluation, please send all of the following:

Does MendWell Affect My Reimbursement?
No, we bill Medicare Part B independently.
